RETURN POLICY
You may return merchandise purchased at SonaJewelers.com if it meets the guidelines below. Important: If you have any reason, you must return a portion or all of your orders, please notify Sona Jewelers to receive an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the day they were issued.
15 DAY EXCHANGE OR RETURNS POLICY:
Customers may return or exchange any product they purchase from our website, within 15 days from the day they receive the product, i.e., the day that they sign for the product and receive it. Customers have to email a filled form with all details, to get authorization number if they wish to exchange or return a product with in the time period allowed with deduction of shipping/restocking fee. The procedure for Returns and the procedure for Exchanges is not the same so please follow the guidelines, given below.

Customer may exchange any item, purchased from our web site within 15 days, from the day they sign for product, to receive it. We offer an even exchange policy that is we do not charge any extra fees, for the exchange except for shipping fee , if the tags we attach to them are not removed. If the attached tags are removed, we charge 5% of restocking fee in case of exchange. Customer has to pay for the shipping charge when we ship the exchange back to them, from our side. If the amount of exchange is more, than your original purchase amount, we will charge it to the original mode of payment, in which case, we will call you for approval, except in cases, where you have already given it to us in a note or by calling us. If the amount of exchange is less and you have a credit, we will maintain a store credit in your account. Please note that we will maintain a store credit for a period of 90 days at the maximum after which period we will deduct a 10% restocking fee and issue a refund back to your original mode of payment. Exchanges are not based on the weight to weight of items . We reserve the right to fix the price of our merchandise. Any increase of gold price will be applied to the newly shipped items.
Procedure for Exchange:
1. Fill out the Exchange Form , with your name and phone number and enclose your original invoice or a copy, stating that you need to exchange the items, also mention the exact details of the items you wish to get in exchange. We will provide you an RMA# number , You can send us the item back with that number written prominently on the pack so that your exchange will not be delayed.
2. Once you submit your request for exchange online, and get the RMA#, print two copies of your original receipt, keep one for your records and enclose the other in the package, with the items you send us for exchange. You may access the online Exchange form here.
3. Package all items, with care, so the items are secure, and do not get damaged during transit, enclose your note or the online form requesting the Exchange.
4. Please insure the package and keep the tracking number and relevant details, in the rare case that the package is lost or misplaced.
5. Used or damaged items cannot be exchanged. They will be sent back to you at your expenses.

RETURNS
Terms for Returns Policy:
If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may do so, within the specified 15 days of receiving your purchase.For that you have to get the authorization number by emailing us an online filled form of return. We will deduct a 10% restocking fee and the shipping charges and issue a refund to your original mode of payment. Product has to be in the same condition, as it was when shipped to you with attached tags. Please do not wear, misuse or damage the products. Refunds are processed the same or next business day, after we receive the returns. An email notice for credit issued is sent to the email address on file when the credit is processed.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
While you place Special Orders 25% of the estimated cost will be charged as deposit. These deposits are not refundable or not adjusted to any other transaction incase you change mind, after the item is ordered. In case of a return of regular purchases, a credit will only be issued after we receive and evaluate the returned condition of the merchandise. You have to ship the item along with shipping insurance. Sona Jewelers will not compensate for this shipment. If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about your purchase please notify us by e-mail returns@sonajewelers.com / sojnjinfo@aol.com or phone (732-283-2607) and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by SonaJewelers will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you. Return the merchandise to us within 10 days of your original receipt of the order: The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. You must include all packaging materials.
