Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout. This email will include your order number and a summary of the items purchased. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, we are unable to make modifications, but we can assist you with a return once it arrives.
