Sona Jewelers Ganesh Utsav Gold Pendant Giveaway 2025 – Official Rules
1) Giveaway Period
Begins August 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET and ends August 31, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
2) No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
3) Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents, 18+ at entry. Employees of Sona Jewelers, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible.
4) How to Enter (In-Person, Free)
During the Giveaway Period, visit the Sona Jewelers booth at Ganesh Utsav (Edison, NJ) and request one (1) free raffle ticket (photo at the booth is optional). Drop the matching stub into the raffle box to enter. Limit: one (1) entry per person; duplicate or automated entries are void. (Sponsor may disqualify non-compliant entries).
5) Prize
One (1) gold pendant (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $499). No cash redemption or transfer by winner. If unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any taxes/expenses associated with the Prize.
6) Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 31, 2025 at 8:00 PM ET at the Sona booth. Potential winner will be notified by phone/text using the contact provided and must respond within five (5) days, or an alternate may be selected. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
7) Odds
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8) Verification
Sponsor may require proof of age/identity and eligibility before awarding the prize; failure to timely complete verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
9) Publicity/Privacy
Where permitted, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal data will be used to administer the Giveaway and (if opted-in) for Sona marketing; you may unsubscribe at any time.
10) General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost/late/illegible entries or technical/human errors, and may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues impair its integrity. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.
11) Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, the event organizers, and their affiliates/employees from any claims arising out of participation or prize use. Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty by Sponsor, to the extent permitted by law.
12) Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Void where prohibited.
13) Sponsor
Sona Jewelers, Inc., 6 Marconi Avenue, Iselin, NJ 08830. Not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Ganesh Utsav organizers or by any social media platform.
14) Prize Claim and Delivery
At the event, Sponsor will present a winner’s certificate confirming entitlement to the pendant. The actual pendant will be awarded later at Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Avenue, Iselin, NJ 08830, on a mutually agreed date within thirty (30) days after winner verification. Winner must appear in person with a valid government-issued photo ID for prize pickup (Sponsor may permit a proxy with prior written consent). Failure to schedule and complete pickup within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
15) Store Gift Offer (Separate from Sweepstakes)
Any “free gift with purchase” offer advertised on the ticket/flyer is a retail promotion and not part of this Giveaway; it does not affect chances of winning.
