1. Introduction
By participating in the Garba King & Queen Photo Booth Contest (“Contest”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Contest is organized and sponsored by Sona Jewelers (“The Promoter”). Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to all individuals attending the Garba Event who are 21 years of age or older.
Employees, contractors, volunteers, and immediate family members of Sona Jewelers are not eligible to participate.
By entering, participants confirm that the information they submit is accurate and that they give consent to take part in the Contest.
3. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete all of the following steps:
Scan the QR code at the Sona Jewelers booth.
Fill out the online form with your Name, Email, and Phone number, and provide consent to participate.
Take a photo at the official Sona Jewelers Photo Booth using your own phone/device.
Post the photo on Instagram or Facebook.
In the post, you must:
Tag @sonajewelers (the official account).
Use the official hashtag: #SonaGarba2025.
Only entries that complete all steps will be considered valid.
4. Prize
Two winners will be selected: 1 King and 1 Queen.
Each winner will receive a $500 Sona Jewelers Gift Card.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen by Sona Jewelers from valid entries that meet all requirements.
Selection will take place at the end of the event.
Winners will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.
6. Claiming the Prize
Winners must present valid identification.
Winners are absolutely required to confirm their social media post as proof of entry.
- Winners must be physically present at the Garba Event venue at the time of announcement to claim their prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm their post, or is found ineligible, Sona Jewelers reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Consent & Publicity
By entering, participants consent to Sona Jewelers using their name, likeness, and social media content (including photos taken at the booth) for promotional purposes in print, digital, and social media, without additional compensation.
8. Liability
Sona Jewelers is not responsible for technical errors, internet issues, or social media malfunctions that may affect entry submission.
By participating, entrants release Sona Jewelers from any liability related to participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
9. General Terms
Sona Jewelers reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Any attempt to cheat, use fraudulent methods, or bypass the rules will result in immediate disqualification.
10. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
