PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE ENTITIES NAMED BELOW. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.
1. Entry Period: The Sona Jewelers Mega Giveaway 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”) entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 20th, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals that meet the following requirements (“Entrants”):
Must be at least 18+ or age of majority in state of residence and must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia at the time of application.
Must have a valid and current USA driver’s license at the time of entry and through the duration of the Sweepstakes and to take possession of any prize.
Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) or household members (whether related or not) of the Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube including but limited to any of those entities’ parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, prize suppliers, or any other entities involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.
In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, Entrant must fully comply with and agree to be bound by the Official Rules, mandatory arbitration of disputes, limitation on rights and remedies, and Sponsor’s decisions. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, including consent to a background check, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period, Entrant may do so via purchase method OR non-purchase method, but not both, with equal chances of winning regardless of entry method chosen.
PURCHASE METHOD OF ENTRY: Customers who make a qualifying purchase of $1000 or more in jewelry (excluding gold coins, silver coins, or other non-jewelry items) at Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, NJ 08830, during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry. Each entry must be fully completed with the entrant’s full name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, and phone number. The completed entry must be submitted in-store at the time of purchase.
FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address, daytime phone number, and the words “Sona Jewelers Mega Giveaway 2025” on a 3×5 inch postcard. Mail in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage to: Sona Jewelers Mega Giveaway 2025, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, NJ 08830. Any mail-in entry must be mailed separately, postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period, and received by January 7, 2026. Each valid mail-in entry grants one (1) entry to the individual named on the mail-in postcard. Your outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted.
FOR EITHER METHOD OF ENTRY:
Incomplete or illegible entries, in Sponsor’s sole’s discretion, will not be eligible to win. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes.
One entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry used. Any attempt by an Entrant to submit multiple entries through the use of different email addresses or identities will result in disqualification of all such entries. Entries by the same Entrant in excess of the above entry limits, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified and will also void the first entry by the Entrant and further participation in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules or compromises the fairness of this Sweepstakes.
4. Odds of Winning : Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Note: Prize winners will be required to attend an awards ceremony. Details regarding attendance are below in these rules.
Any difference between the ARV and any actual prize value will not be awarded.
The actual style, model, make, color, design, and features of the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Details”) may vary from any depictions of it in any promotional materials. Sponsor will determine Grand Prize Details including but not limited to exterior and interior.
Prior to being confirmed as the Grand Prize winner, the potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility, insurance (before deliver), and having a valid driver’s license in the winner’s state of residence as of the time of entry and at the time of the award ceremony.
Sponsor gift cards may only be used for purchase of eligible goods in-store or on Sponsor’s website. The gift card cannot be redeemed for the purchase of another gift card. Except as required by law, the gift card cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. To redeem or view a gift card balance, visit your account on Sponsor’s website. Sponsor is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. If the gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. To the fullest extent permissible by law, in the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of that gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to verify your identify and gift card ownership before applying a gift card to any purchase.
Not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. No transfer, substitution, cash equivalent or replacement of prize permitted by winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent in a single lump payment). The value of any prize is taxable as income. Prize winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable), tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges, fees, and expenses associated with the receipt of any prize, including licensing, insurance, title and registration fees and costs incurred by Grand Prize Winner related to the acceptance, pickup/transport, or use of the car, gasoline and vehicle maintenance, and any all expenses related to acceptance and use of the car. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for all aspects of the car prize.
In the event more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize, Sponsor reserves the right, as applicable, to award the stated prizes in a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable, including but not limited to malfunction in the technical operation of the Sweepstakes and the award of prizes, for more than the stated number of prizes listed in these Official Rules.
6. Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification: Entrant will be notified by email or telephone approximately five (5) days after the random drawing that will be held on or about January 14, 2026. All potential prize winners will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. As a condition to the award of any Prize, potential prize winners may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be required to execute and return to Sponsor: (i) an affidavit of eligibility or declaration affirming potential winner’s compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) a publicity release; (iii) a release of the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any Prize (subject to any limitations similar to those set forth in these Official Rules); (iv) all documents Sponsor may require in its sole discretion confirming the tax obligations, if any, of any potential prize winner, including completing a W-9; (v) verification of their method of attendance at the required award ceremony. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award verification procedures in its sole discretion.
If any potential prize winner does not complete the appropriate documents and verifications upon Sponsor’s presentation, and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, or if potential prize winner does not accept the prize subject to its conditions, or in the event of potential prize winner’s ineligibility, inability to attend the award ceremony (as required in these Official Rules) or other noncompliance with these Official Rules, that potential prize winner will irrevocably forfeit any claim to have won a prize, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose another potential prize winner in another random drawing within five (5) days of the Event from all remaining eligible finalists, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded, in Sponsor’s discretion. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Decisions of Sponsor regarding prize eligibility, verification of winner status, and all determinations are final. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, misdelivered, or not received by potential prize winner for any reason.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who actually submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder and connection to Entrant.
7. Prize Award Ceremony and Delivery of Prizes: Prizes will be awarded “as is” at an award ceremony at Sona Jewelers. Winners must attend an award ceremony on or about 21st January, 2026 at Sponsor’s retail location: Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, NJ 08830. Award ceremony date/time will be confirmed or adjusted based on Sponsor and winners’ reasonable availability. (If any prize winner is unreasonably unavailable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, he/she may be disqualified and prize forfeited, in accordance with these Official Rules.) Second and Third Prize winners may attend via a virtual alternative that Sponsor will establish and then receive their prizes electronically or by Mail. Grand Prize winner (and no proxy for the winner) must attend in person in order to receive the prize.
Grand Prize winner will complete dealer/registration paperwork with Sponsor before the award ceremony, where feasible. Grand Prize winner must be able to take possession and ownership of the car immediately after the award ceremony.
Grand Prize winner responsible for all licensing, registration, insurance, fuel, maintenance, taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with vehicle ownership or prize acceptance.
Prize winners understand and acknowledge that the award ceremony may, in Sponsor’s discretion, consist of photo sessions, live streaming, related social media posts, interviews, or video testimonials on Sponsor’s official platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Sponsor will reimburse travel expenses in connection with attending the award ceremony as follows, measured from the winner’s primary residence as provided in his/her entry form to Sponsor’s retail store, using standard driving distance:
0–49 miles: No travel reimbursement (local attendance).
50–99 miles: Reimbursement up to $100 upon submission of receipts.
250–499 miles: Reimbursement up to $250 upon submission of receipts.
500+ miles: Reimbursement up to $500 upon submission of receipts.
Eligible expenses (subject to the cap): economy airfare (subject to Sponsor’s pre-approval)/train/bus, standard mileage (or fuel receipts), reasonable ground transport to/from airport or venue, tolls/parking. Excluded: lodging, meals, incidentals, upgrades, companion travel. Receipts must be submitted within 14 days after the award ceremony. Sponsor will reimburse eligible expenses within 30 days of receipt of complete documentation, subject to receipt verification.
8. No Responsibility of Sponsor; No Tampering; Right to Cancel or Modify: Sponsor shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims, or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human, or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have tampered with this Sweepstakes or committed fraud or deception, hacking, cheating, or other unfair playing practices in entering or participating in this Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) entrants who intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives ; (e) typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other malfunctions, technical problems, or errors of any kind in connection with the technical operation of the Sweepstakes and the award of prizes; problems or errors of any kind whether communications, computer, network, mechanical, human, electronic, malfunction, typographical, printing or otherwise including, without limitation, errors, failures, or problems of any kind that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, in the processing of entries, in communications from Sponsor, in the selection or announcement of winner or in the awarding of prizes; (f) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (g) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, government order, pandemic, natural disasters, terrorism, weather, or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or (h) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any entry or prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes, insufficient space in Entrant’s email account to receive email messages; (i) entries for which the contact information provided by Entrant on the entry form does not work or is changed without Entrant giving prior written notice to Sponsor.
If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to issues beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to errors or omissions in these Official Rules, the invitations to enter, or any material associated with the Sweepstakes, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention (human or otherwise), technical issues, computer virus, or bug, or other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor is not responsible, and Sponsor in its sole discretion, may cancel or suspend part or all of this sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, but is not required to award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, epidemic/pandemic, act of public enemies or any act outside of the Sponsor’s control/force majeure event, will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES AT LAW OR IN EQUITY FROM ANY SUCH ENTITY OR PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitations; Exclusions of Liability; Release of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each winner hereby consents to the use each person’s name, likeness, entry, picture, voice, likeness, avatar opinions and biographical information, prize information, quotes attributable to winner, and any other elements of winner’s persona for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of their being a winner on public channels, including but not limited to winners’ list, email, print, tv, radio, or social media channels) for purposes of advertising and trade and promotional purposes without any additional consideration, compensation, permission, notification, or right of review, except where prohibited.
By accepting a prize, winner understands and agrees that he/she may be videotaped, recorded and/or photographed as part of the prize award ceremony. Rights to any prize ceremony video, audio and/or photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media throughout the world in perpetuity and in any manner at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to the winner or any third party.
Each Prize winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, advertising or promotional agencies, distributors of sweepstakes materials, (the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation (i) property damage(including damage or injury to Entrants’ or other person’s computer or electronic device), personal injury and/or death that may occur in connection with preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/use or misuse of prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; or (ii) for any claims or causes of action based on trademark rights, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy; or (iii) any problems with the administration of this Sweepstakes that fall within categories for which these Official Rules state Sponsor has no responsibility.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE MANUFCTURER AND/OR THE CAR DEALER, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE AND THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY COMPONENT OF THE PRIZE OFFERED IN THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THE PRIZE VEHICLE MAY NOT MEET SAFETY OR EMISSIONS TESTING REQUIRED IN SOME STATES, AND/OR COUNTIES/MUNICIPALITIES. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THEIR STATE/COUNTY/PROVINCE FOR APPLICABLE EMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO ACCEPTING THE PRIZE AND MUST USE THE PRIZE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THOSE REGULATIONS. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK STATE AND LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
Should Sponsor fail to or decide not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules, such failure or decision will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency in these Official Rules), to the extent permitted by law, (i) it will be resolved in the sole discretion of Sponsor and (ii) Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible if the Promotion cannot be administered or conducted as planned and/or any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting or arising from acts of god, war, or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other similar act, event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor.
9. Dispute Resolution and No Class Relief:
PLEASE READ THIS “ARBITRATION” SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS RIGHTS THAT YOU MAY OTHERWISE HAVE. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT ENTRANT AGREES TO SUBMIT TO BINDING ARBITRATION, WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND WAIVES ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. DISPUTES MUST BE RAISED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, Entrant agrees to negotiate with Sponsor in good faith on an individual basis. Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees and consents that 1) any and all disputes, claims, causes of action or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Official Rules, this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the prize in the Sweepstakes (“Disputes”) shall be resolved by mandatory, binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in accordance with the applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) (provided that, if for any reason AAA declines to administer the arbitration, the dispute may be arbitrated before JAMS, Inc. or another mutually agreed upon arbitration service pursuant to its own rules for expedited consumer arbitration) ; and 2) any and all Disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The arbitration shall be held via documents only, unless the applicable arbitration service provider rules provide for live hearings or for either side to petition for live hearings. In that case, at your option, arbitration hearings may be held by via video hearing or at a mutually-agreeable in-person location. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and be confidential. The Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state law concerning arbitration, shall apply. Unless the AAA’s rules dictate otherwise (in which case AAA’s rules shall apply), all administrative costs of any arbitration shall be split equally between the parties, and each party shall be responsible for paying its own attorneys’ fees, expert fees and expenses. Regardless of the amount in controversy, Sponsor will not request its attorney’s fees, filing fees, AAA administration and arbitrator’s fees (collectively the “Costs”) unless the arbitrator finds that your claims are frivolous or brought for an improper purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the parties agree that the arbitration award shall not include consequential or punitive damages or injunctive relief, but shall only award the aggrieved party the actual damages sustained. There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the Entrant’s and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.
The arbitration award shall be final and exclusive, and the prevailing party in the arbitration may file an action in court to confirm and to enforce the arbitration award. Any such action, or any claim, cause of action or proceeding not subject to arbitration as set forth in this Section, shall be filed and adjudicated in a state or federal court in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and all parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Entrants irrevocably waive any rights to seek and/or obtain injunctive or other equitable relief and any defense of forum non conveniens.
Arbitrator Authority. The arbitrator shall interpret and determine the validity of the arbitration provision, including unconscionability. The arbitrator will have no authority to award punitive or other damages not measured by the prevailing party’s actual damages, except as may be required by statute. The arbitrator shall not award consequential damages in any arbitration initiated under this section.
Exceptions. There are only three exceptions to this arbitration agreement: 1) Either Entrant or Sponsor may take claims to small claims court if they qualify for hearing by such a court, so long as the matter remains in that court and advances only on an individual (non-class, non-representative) basis; 2) if Sponsor reasonably believes that Entrant has threatened to infringe its intellectual property rights, Sponsor may seek injunctive or other appropriate interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction; and 3) if the arbitrator finds that the arbitration agreement, including class waiver, is unenforceable, in whole or part, the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void and either party may file the action in court.
If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, 1) Entrants and Sponsor each waive any right to a jury trial; 2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees or legal expenses; and 3) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, exemplary, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, any other damages (whether due to negligence, strict liability, contract or otherwise), other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
