Official Rules for the “Sona Jewelers Spring Giveaway 2025”

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 18th, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on June 1st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility

The “Sona Jewelers Spring Giveaway 2025” is ONLY open to citizens and legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of Sona Jewelers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members include spouses, children, siblings, and parents of Sona Jewelers’ employees.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sona Jewelers, which are final in all matters. Sona Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify anyone found not in compliance.

4.1 How to Enter

Participation in the Sona Jewelers Spring Giveaway 2025 is voluntary, and an entry coupon to the sweepstakes can be obtained free of charge with every “Jewelry” purchase made at Sona Jewelers from April 18th, 2025 to June 1st, 2025. Purchases of gold coins, silver coins will not count. Only purchases of jewelry will be considered. This is an in-store Giveaway only (Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin NJ – 08830). Each coupon is strictly non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Retain your coupon, receipt, and bill as proof of entry.

4.2 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

If you wish to enter the giveaway without making a purchase, you may do so by sending a standard-sized postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: Sona Jewelers: 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, NJ – 08830

All AMOE entries must be postmarked by May 25th, 2025, and received by June 1st, 2025. Each postcard will count as one entry into the giveaway. Limit one AMOE entry per person.

If you have made a purchase and received a coupon for entry, you may not use both the coupon and the AMOE method to enter. You must choose one method of entry; either the coupon or the AMOE, to be eligible for the giveaway.

Please note that incomplete or illegible postcards will not be considered. Sona Jewelers is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected AMOE entries. AMOE entries will have the same chance of winning as entries received through purchases.

Sona Jewelers will assign a coupon number to all AMOE postcard entries sent by the deadline mentioned above and will include the number in the giveaway draw.

5. Prizes

• First Prize: 15” MacBook Air M4

• Second Prize: Rado Watch

• Third Prize: $2,000 Sona Jewelers Gift Card

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen through a random draw at Sona Jewelers. Winners will be notified using the email or phone number provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Claim

A valid photo ID must be presented. The winner must also present the activated coupon, receipt, and bill. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

8. Publicity & Communication

Winners consent to the use of their name, image, prize details, and voice for promotional purposes by Sona Jewelers without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This may include use in-store, on the Sona Jewelers website, and across official social media platforms.

9. General Conditions

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sona Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete or tampered with.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sona Jewelers shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from the use or misuse of any prize awarded.

All prizes offered by Sona Jewelers in this Giveaway are the intellectual property of their respective brands. Sona Jewelers is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc., Rado, or any other third-party brand whose products are used as prizes. The MacBook Air and Rado Watch are genuine products of their respective manufacturers.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel

Sona Jewelers reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if compromised or if unable to run as planned.

12. Governing Law

All matters related to the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes must be resolved in a New Jersey court.

13. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

14. Event Participation

14.1 Types of Events

Winners may be invited to attend:

• In-store promotional events

• Social media appearances (livestreams, takeovers, contests)

14.2 Scheduling

Events will be scheduled at mutually convenient times and locations.

14.3 Event Engagement

Winners are expected to actively participate in promotions, including product demonstrations and sharing their experiences.

14.4 Publicity Release (Additional)

By attending events, winners allow the use of their name, likeness, and event-generated content for promotional purposes.

15. Required Documentation

We are required to issue a 1099 M to the winner; therefore, please ensure that you have all of the following information available:

• Full Name and Mailing Address

• Social Security Number

• A copy of your Driver’s License or Photo ID

16. Failure to Provide Required Documentation

Failure to provide required documentation within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

17. Taxes

Winners are required to pay taxes on prizes they win.
