Official Rules for the “Sona Jewelers Spring Giveaway 2024”

Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on April 25th, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on June 2nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility:
The “Sona Jewelers Spring Giveaway 2024” is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age.
Employees of Sona Jewelers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members include spouses, children, siblings, and parents of Sona Jewelers’ employees.

Entry:
Customers who make any purchase “Jewelry” at Sona Jewelers will receive a giveaway coupon. Purchases of all jewelry items are eligible.

Customers can also enter without a purchase via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) outlined below.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, send a standard-sized postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, New Jersey, 08830.

All AMOE entries must be postmarked by May 25th, 2024, and received by June 2nd, 2024. Each postcard counts as one entry into the giveaway. Limit one AMOE entry per person.

AMOE entries will have the same chance of winning as entries received through purchases.

Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on April 25th, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on June 2nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

Prize Details:

First Giveaway: A Gucci Bag
Second Giveaway: A brand-new MacBook Air M3
Third Giveaway: An exquisite RADO Watch

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected through a random digital drawing within one week of the Giveaway’s end.

Winners will be contacted via the email address / Phone provided at the time of entry.
If a winner does not respond within five days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Claim:
Winners must claim their prizes in person at Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, NJ 08830.
The winner must present a valid photo ID for prize redemption.

General Conditions:
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sona Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or that attempt to tamper with the giveaway.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sona Jewelers.

Publicity:
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Sona Jewelers to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

The laws of the state of New Jersey govern the Giveaway.

Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Additional Terms: Winner’s Participation in Physical and Social Media Events

Winner’s Participation:
The winners will be requested to participate in different events, which may include both physical and social media events, set by Sona Jewelers.

Types of Events:
Physical events may include but are not limited to, in-store events, promotional events, or other physical gatherings organized by Sona Jewelers.
Social media events may include but are not limited to, live streams, social media takeovers, contests, and other promotional activities conducted on Sona Jewelers’ official social media platforms.
Schedule and Coordination:
Sona Jewelers will coordinate with the winner to schedule and plan the events. The events may be held at mutually agreed-upon times and locations.

Event Content:
The winner is expected to engage in and contribute to the events actively. This may include participating in product demonstrations, sharing experiences with Sona Jewelers’ products, or other promotional activities.

Publicity Release (Additional):
By participating in these events, the winner agrees to allow Sona Jewelers to use their name, likeness, and any content generated during these events for promotional purposes, including on the Sona Jewelers website and social media channels.

Event Costs:
Sona Jewelers will cover the reasonable costs associated with these events, such as travel expenses (if participants lives 500miles away and able to prove) and promotional materials.

Documents and Paperwork

The winner of the giveaway must provide the following paperwork before receiving the prize:

We are required to issue a 1099 M to the winner; therefore, please ensure that you have all of the following information available:
1) Full name and mailing address
2) Social Security Number
3) A copy of your driver’s license

Compliance and Timely Submission of Information and Documents:
Participants must submit all requested information and documents within five (5) days of being notified as a winner. This is essential for the timely processing of prizes and to ensure adherence to the giveaway rules. In cases of delay or anticipated delay in providing the necessary details and documents, participants are encouraged to communicate with Sona Jewelers promptly. We are committed to understanding and accommodating genuine circumstances while maintaining the fairness and integrity of the giveaway.

Failure to Provide Required Documentation:
If a participant is unable to provide the required information and documents within the specified five (5) day period, Sona Jewelers has the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternate winner. Participants who fail to provide necessary documentation or information forfeit all rights to claim the prize. By entering the giveaway, participants waive all rights to contest their disqualification for incomplete or delayed provision of information and documentation.
